Dr. Curtis is co-owner and a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). He earned his PT degree from Northern Arizona University and post-professional Master's and Doctorate of Science in Orthopedics/PT from Rocky Mountain University. He has published research and worked with professional, collegiate, and high school sports teams. Blair J. Packard, PT, MS
Mr. Packard is co-owner with over 40 years of experience as a clinician and administrator. With a Master's Degree from Duke University and Bachelor's from Brigham Young University, he has served as past president of the Arizona Physical Therapy Association and the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy. Robert L. Whipple, PT, DPT

Dr. Whipple earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Utah, a Master's in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and a post-professional Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Rocky Mountain University and is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). He has worked in a neurological rehab hospital, managed a statewide home health division while on the board for the Utah Association for Home Care and developed and directed orthopedic clinics. robert.whipple@eastvalleypt.com

Randy Case, PT, DPT
Board Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist
Dr. Case earned his Physical Therapy degree at University of North Dakota and his transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at A.T. Still University and is a board-certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist (GCS). He has practiced extensively in both administrative and direct patient care positions in areas of home health, out-patient clinics, and acute care hospitals. He currently directs our aquatic program. Joshua M. Nelson, PT, DPT
Dr. Nelson earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University, then continued his education and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Rocky Mountain University. He has worked in Acute care skilled nursing facilities, outpatient orthopedic, aquatic, and balance focused clinics. Janell Keller, PTA
Ms. Keller earned her Associate in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from Pima Medical Institute. She has practiced in skilled nursing facilities and pediatric therapy and completed continuing education in aquatic therapy. She is a member of the APTA and serves as a member on the PTA Advisory Committee for Pima Medical Institute. She has completed the APTA credentialed clinical instructor program and strives to continue to expand and share her knowledge of therapy.

Shelby Wade, PTA
Ms. Wade earned her Associate in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from Pima Medical Institute. She plays an integral role in advancing our aquatic therapy program. She is also interested in furthering her education in Therapeutic Exercise. Although, Physical Therapy is her passion, on weekends she enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys volunteering her time in worldwide education work.
